Please note the camera cutout area will be at the top left of the template for most phone case models. Keep important text, logos, faces, and other key design elements mainly on the bottom half of the template so they remain visible on the finished case.

All custom orders can take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. 

At Lulah Case, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why all Lulah Case items come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not apply to general wear and tear from everyday use, including yellowing, scratches, dents, fading, or other cosmetic damage.
